HT Media plans IPO

New Delhi , July 26

HT Media Ltd is planning to raise Rs 300-400 crore through an initial public offer.

It plans to offer 7.69 million shares at a price range of Rs 445-530. The company said the IPO comprises fresh issue of 46,40,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each and an offer for sale of 23,55,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each from HPC (Mauritius) Ltd.

The HT Media IPO will also have a greenshoe option of 6,96,000 shares by the promoters, Hindustan Times Ltd.

The funds would be utilised to primarily meet the company's capital expenditure plans and brand building initiative.
