State Bank of Mysore introduces new single window system

STATE Bank of Mysore, main branch has introduced single window system for the benefit of its customers.

Close on the heels of offering this facility, the branch is gearing up to offer the anywhere, anytime banking comfort as well. "The team has arrived from Bangalore to upload the CBS (core banking solution) software. The process has started and we are hoping to offer this facility soon," Mr V.R. Kolandaivelu, Chief Manager (main branch) told Business Line.

He further said that all the four branches in the city would soon be brought under the CBS platform.

On performance, he said that the branch had recovered 50 per cent of its NPA (which stood at Rs 5.5 crore) through a compromise settlement.
