Rural Marketing Rural marketing seminar tomorrow Our Bureau
Chennai , July 27 A SEMINAR on rural marketing and communication is being organised by the Ad Club Madras and Rural Marketing Agencies Association of India (RMAAI) on Friday. Specialists will share their experiences of marketing in rural areas. Mr Pradeep Kashyap of MART, Delhi, will deliver the keynote address on the challenges and opportunities in rural marketing while Mr Rajkumar Jha of O&M Outreach, Delhi will speak on the urban-rural divide. Other features of the seminar include a panel discussion and presentation of a case study on Dalda. The Hindu Business Line is the media partner of the seminar initiative. RMAAI, set up in March this year, evolved from The Rural Network, a group of organisations specialising in rural communication. It has among its members Anugrah Madison Advertising of Chennai, Ogilvy Activation, Mumbai, and MART of New Delhi.
