Concor posts Rs 107.5-cr net in Q1

THE Container Corporation of India Ltd (Concor) has posted a net profit of Rs 107.47 crore for the quarter ended June 30 as compared to Rs 97.33 crore for the same quarter last year.

Total income has increased from Rs 464.23 crore in Q1-05 to Rs 549.18 crore for the quarter ended June 30.

Container Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Wednesday has recommended a final dividend of 145 per cent (inclusive of interim dividend of 60 per cent already paid) of the paid up share capital of the company for the financial year 2004-05.
