Tamilnadu Telecomm net sales increase

CHENNAI: Tamilnadu Telecommunications Ltd has reported a net profit of Rs 37.16 lakh on net sales of Rs 8.74 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2005.

During the corresponding period in the previous year the company reported a net loss of Rs 2.52 crore on net sales of Rs 5.62 crore.

According to a press release from the company, it embarked on a restructuring, cost control and corporate debt restructuring programme that has contributed to the improvement in performance.
