Announcements US Sierra headquarters Our Bureau
HYDERABAD: SIERRA Atlantic on Thursday announced that it would establish a new Silicon Valley corporate headquarters while expanding its field office at Boston. The headquarters in Fremont, California and Boston, Massachusetts are expected to be completed by August. The company has grown significantly to about 900 people in India, the US, Europe and the Asia. Its relocation of office closely follows the recent expansion into Canada and its acquisition of Boston-based Sceptre Database Consultants, earlier this year. This expansion forms part of the company's strategic move toward ramping up the US operations. The company had announced its plans to invest $12 million towards its development centre in Hyderabad.
