Top-level reshuffle at LG India

LG Electronics India has announced a top-level reshuffle at the company.

According to a company release, Mr Amitabh Tiwari, who is currently handling the Eastern Zone in capacity of Regional Manager has been designated as the new Product Group Head for CTVs. He takes over this position from Mr C.M. Singh, who is moving out of LG on grounds of better future prospects.

In order to impart increased focus on the premium range of refrigerators and to meet the needs created due to commencement of production for hi-end refrigerators at the Pune plant, Mr Anil Arora has been given the sole charge of piloting the frost-free category.

Meanwhile, Mr Rohit Pandit was given independent charge of PGH Direct Cool and SFF.

Further, Mr Salil Kapoor, Head Marketing, LG India, has been given the charge of the brand team in addition to the existing portfolio of various marketing functions.
