Bal Pharma to sell Pune unit

BANGALORE: The board of Bangalore-based Bal Pharma has recommended sale of its parenterals and IV fluids unit at Pune for Rs 5 crore to Mumbai-based Sunways India Pvt Ltd, subject to shareholders' approval.

The sale would be on a `going concern basis', according to the company's notification to the BSE.
