SIA to begin flights from Mumbai

SINGAPORE Airlines will operate flights into and out of Mumbai according to its original schedule from August 4.

After the disruption caused by the heavy rains, the airline started operating back into the city from Monday (August 1) with day flights only.

Now, with the navigation equipment on the main runway again serviceable, it will be able to operate flights as per its original schedule, i.e. a day flight (SQ 421) and a night flight (SQ 423).

According to an official statement, SQ 421 will depart Mumbai at 1120 hours arriving Singapore at 1910 hours. SQ 423 will depart Mumbai from August 5 at 0035 hours arriving Singapore at 0825 hours.
