MAA Bozell implements total quality management system

Our Bureau

Bangalore , Aug. 3

MAA Bozell, part of the Rs 180-crore MAA group and a player in integrated communications , has introduced total quality management (TQM) for all its processes.

TQM, a quest for perfection and improvisation at every level, is largely prevalent in the manufacturing and hospitality sectors.

MAA Bozell was among the first agencies to integrate itself with the computer era and invest in its own IT department. It also made large investments in building data highways to connect its offices and design customised software to run its operations.

It has recently revamped its personnel and its clientele has also been expanding.

Mr Bunty Peerbhoy, Chairman of the MAA Group, said, "We are looking at continuous improvement in three areas with the help of TQM; quality, accuracy and faster delivery to our clients. We do this by empowering all employees to take ownership of existing processes and continuously find ways to improve/change these processes."
