New Delhi , Aug. 4

THE Parsvnath group, a real estate developer, today launched Parsvnath MMX, a multiplex-cum-shopping mall, in Mohan Nagar in Ghaziabad.

The cineplex and the food court in the complex will be run by the Mansingh group.

The complex is spread over 15,000 sq m with a built-up area of more than two lakh sq ft.

The six-screen multiplex offers 1,724 seats with 29 shows a day and up to 10 shows of a single movie a day.

Speaking to newspersons, Mr Pradeep Jain, Chairman, Parsvnath Developers Ltd, said: "The multiplex offers moviegoers an excellent opportunity to watch what they wish at a time that they desire. Such flexibility is one of its USPs."

Mr Ashok Aggarwal of Mansingh said, "The Platinum Lounge inside the multiplex has a seating capacity of 50 and the tickets would cost Rs 250 each, while the common tickets would cost Rs 100 each; the morning show regular seats would cost Rs 75 each."

MMX's modern facilities would not only draw the seven-lakh population of the area but also lure audiences from Noida and East Delhi, he added.
