Recruiters meet in Hyderabad

Our Bureau

HYDERABAD: The Executive Recruiters Association (ERA), a non-profit chamber of commerce representing search, selection and staffing recruitment consulting firms in India, has firmed up plans to host its First National Conference on Selection in Hyderabad on September 2.

The theme of the conference is optimising cost per hire, a partnership approach. This assumes importance given the fact that hiring costs represent a significant portion of human resource expenditure.

The effort is to bring all stakeholders to work together in partnership and share best practices that help optimise costs, according to an ERA statement.
