GFMS to launch Hindi version of Gold Survey 2005

, FORETELL Business Solutions Private Ltd, an agri-business and commodity research group, is organising the second India International Gold Convention 2005 (IIGC) during August 24-25 at The Taj Lands End, Mumbai.

At the IIGC convention, GFMS will launch the Hindi version of GFMS Gold Survey 2005. The convention intends to bring together all intermediaries associated with the bullion markets on a common platform and learn from international experiences.

The conference intends to focus on themes such as recent innovations in gold as investment product, liberalisation in the Indian bullion markets, integration of Indian gold market with international markets, regional bullion scenario, trends and progress in the refining and recycling of gold, international trends in testing and hallmarking, global best practices and the price outlook for bullion markets.

The gold sponsor of the convention is Brics Commodities Ltd, which is a part of the J.V. Gokal Group and has been involved in commodity trading since 1952.

Additional sponsors include Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX), Multi-Commodity Exchange (MCX) and the co-sponsor is Union Bank of India. The convention is being held in association with GFMS and is supported by Bombay Bullion Association Ltd.
