Mr Rajeev Kapoor of Mainland China told reporters that the group plans to locate one more centre in the country, possibly in New Delhi.

Apart from Kolkata, the chain is present in Mumbai with two centres, and one each in Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai.

Mr Kapoor said that Shanghai has a suburb named Nanxiang that is known for its tasty meat buns called Bao.

Mainland China has recreated the Shanghai Street Chicken Bao as well as the popular Shanghai Street Barbecued Lamb. Nanjiang Lu is a famous street in this city, which makes some of the best `Skewered Chicken Wings'.
