PSL pact with Deutsche Bank

MUMBAI: PSL Ltd has informed the BSE that it has signed a subscription agreement with Deutsche Bank to issue zero coupon convertible bonds with a maturity of five years for a total value of $40 million.

The bonds are to be converted to shares at a price of Rs 234.54 per share.
