Suven in talks with 3 US cos

HYDERABAD: Suven Life Sciences is negotiating with three US companies for new business opportunities in Phase II and Phase III clinical trials.

The Hyderabad-based company has discovered new business opportunity in DDDSS (Drug Discovery and Development Support Services), a Phase II clinical trial reporting to the USFDA, for an oncology product of a US company.

In a press release here, Suven said this was its second contract within eight months of launching the DDDSS business model in January 2005.

The company was positioning itself as a collaborative research partner for global life sciences companies, a press release said.
