New tool from SkillProfiler

BANGALORE: SkillProfiler Analytics, a Bangalore-based provider of corporate talent management services, has launched Skill Inventory Tool that helps companies map resident skill sets, maintain an inventory of all skills available and analyse the skill growth of its employees.

According to Mr Karthik K.S., Co-founder and Managing Director, SkillProfiler Analytics, the tool also helps companies in identifying the exact skill gaps among employees, thus leading to better productivity and reduced training costs as they can be trained accordingly.The tool is also used by the recruitment team to assess candidates' proficiency in specific technologies.
