The Hindu Business Line : O&M `best man' is rmg david India chief

MR Kumar Subramaniam, Head (Automotive Practice), Ogilvy & Mather (O&M), is taking over as President of rmg david India in September. He will act as partner to National Chairman, Mr Josy Paul. Mr Subramaniam replaces Mr Vivek Sharma who quit recently.

In a release issued by the agency, Mr Paul said, "After careful consideration, and keeping in mind our brave clients, we focused on one of Ogilvy's best man, Kumar. His recent successes and track record of dynamic leadership is exactly what we need to drive us forward."

O&M India Chairman, Mr Piyush Pandey, added, "Kumar is a solid strategically-driven professional who has had phenomenal experience in converting water-tight strategies into great advertising. Some of the key examples are Kodak, Fevicol, Tata Safari and the Heroes Project."
