NEW DELHI: Mr D.C. Gupta, former Finance Secretary, was sworn in as Member in the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission ((MRTPC) on Friday. He was administered the oath of office by the Chairman of MRTPC, Mr Justice B.K. Rathi.
