Young World Quiz contest

HYDERABAD: The Hindu Young World Contest 2005 attracted an overwhelming response from students drawn from 165 schools here on Monday.

The Hyderabad regional round, part of the nationwide Hindu Young World Contest, hosted 513 teams, including 113 outstation teams, drawn from 44 schools. The event, held at Hari Hara Kala Bhavan, kept the participants engaged for over four hours.

The questions covered varied topics such as epics, history, films, music and science.
