THE Vice-Chairman of the Delhi Development Authority, Mr Madhukar Gupta, has been appointed as the Secretary, Department of Fertilisers in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers.

The Chairman of the Tariff Commission, Mr Ashok Kumar Mahapatra, has been appointed as the Secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs.

These appointments were cleared by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.
