Danlaw Tech to issue pref shares

HYDERABAD: Danlaw Technologies India Ltd has informed BSE that the board has decided to issue 5,00,000 preferential shares through private placement at a premium of Rs 55 per share aggregating Rs 3.25 crore.

At a meeting on Sunday, the Board decided to de-list the company shares from the Madras Stock Exchange. The company 12th Annual General Meeting is slated for September 17.
