Financial Tech to raise $100 m

MUMBAI: Financial Technologies (India) Ltd plans to raise $100 million. Its board of directors on Monday approved the proposal to issue either American Depository Receipts (ADRs) or Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) or any other equity-related instrument through an international public offering for an amount not exceeding $100 million.

The company has scheduled an annual general meeting of its shareholders on September 27 to seek approval. It also informed the BSE that the proposed issue of ADRs or GDRs or other equity-related instruments is subject to approvals from all regulatory authorities.
