Tech bazaar on Aug 27

HYDERABAD: Scientific and research and development institutes can now showcase their innovations at a daylong `Technology Bazaar' to be organised here on August 27.

The ICFAI Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (ICED) in a statement the bazaar is aimed at creating a common platform for the R&D organisations across the country and for small medium enterprises (SMEs) and other entrepreneurs who might need these technologies.

Premier institutes such as the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Icrisat and the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing would display their innovations at the bazaar.

The bazaar is being organised by ICED, Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce Industry and Technopreneur Promotion Programme group of the Department for Scientific and Industrial Research. About 500 SMEs, entrepreneurs and students would take part in the bazaar.
