HYDERABAD: Promantra Synergy Solutions Ltd, a healthcare business process outsourcing company, has drawn up plans to set up a global delivery centre in Vishakapatnam by the third quarter of 2005.

The company's employee strength has grown to over 260 with more than 22 US clients in two years.

The Chief Executive Officer of Promantra, Dr Praveen Vadlamudi, in a statement said, "Our new facility in Vishakapatnam, in addition to the existing two centres in Hyderabad, will strengthen our operational capabilities. This would provide multiple site redundancy to our clients."

During the first phase, Promantra will come up with a 100-seat facility in Vishakapatnam. The new delivery centre will initially provide high-end medical transcription and coding services. Promantra Synergy provides end-to-end services to healthcare companies in the US, covering medical coding, billing, transcription, software, accounting and clinical services.
