Microsoft centre completes seven years in India

Hyderabad , Aug. 24

MICROSOFT India Development Centre (MIDC), Microsoft Corporation's second largest development centre in the world, on Wednesday announced the completion of seven successful years in India.

The day was marked by a series of events that culminated in a cultural performance by MIDCA, the in-house cultural association.

MIDC celebrated this occasion with more than 1,000 people from the Microsoft family, gathered at Sampradaya Vedika at Shilparamam, Hyderabad.

The Managing Director of MIDC, Mr Srini Koppolu, in a statement said "Microsoft IDC dedicates this day to our employees who have proved Microsoft to be one of the best product development centres across the globe. We are proud to be at the core of Microsoft's global development initiatives, driving multiple businesses that are of strategic importance to all of Microsoft's product lines."
