A job portal from BharatMatrimony

BHARATMATRIMONY Group, an online marriage service provider, is diversifying to offer a job portal, ClickJobs.com.

The company is also looking to exploit opportunities in online businesses and is eyeing more areas for diversification.

According to Mr Murugavel Janakiraman, Chief Executive Officer, BharatMatrimony Group, Internet offers a range of opportunities. Though not willing to specify the next area of diversification, Mr Janakiraman said it could be in areas such as education, automobiles or property.

ClickJobs.com database will include potential employers from segments such as information technology, IT-enabled services and manufacturing.

The portal's business head, Mr Michael M. Bala, said the portal took 25,000 man-hours to be developed.
