HYDERABAD: Kakateeya Marriages Pvt Ltd has become the first such bureau in the country to get an ISO 9001:2000 for implementing standard systems and quality services.

The Hyderabad-based company performed about 20,000 marriages in over 25 years, according to Mr Yalamanchi Chiranjeevi, Managing Director of the company.

Addressing a press conference here on Friday, he said the audit was carried out in the areas of management commitment, planning, responsibility, quality of human resources and infrastructure. The company has 25 branches.
