Coimbatore , Aug 29

KAYA Skin Clinic, promoted by Marico Industries, is planning to expand its presence in West Asia.

With a chain of 39 clinics in India and more in the offing, Kaya is not only looking at strengthening its base here, but is also keen on establishing its skin care clinics in markets abroad.

"We have two clinics in Dubai. We are planning to take it to 10 by setting up clinics in Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Muscat and Saudi Arabia over the next twelve months," Mr Ram Iyer, Head (Operations), told Business Line.

Stating that these were some of the highest spending markets on skin care, he said, "Cosmetic dermatology is not new there. We are however the only largest chain operating in this space."
