ICFAI holds seminar

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The ICFAI University has organised a seminar here on `Customer relationship management and emerging trends in IT' for working executives, professionals and students.

Mr R.S. Prasad, Senior Manager-Communications, ICFAI University, said the main objective is to unveil the best practices in the related spheres.

More than 100 people attended the seminar. Among those who addressed the sessions were Mr R.P. Lalaji, Chairman, Softex Group, Technopark, and Prof Sudarshan, Faculty Member, ICFAI University, Hyderabad.
