The Hindu Business Line : LIC Insurance Week begins

KOCHI: Life Insurance Corporation of India's will organise customer meets and social activities, such as providing water tank for schools in remote areas and wheel chairs for poor handicapped children, during its Insurance Week celebrations, which began on Thursday. The celebrations will come to a close on September 7.

This year, the division is also conducting an English essay competition for regular school and college students. The celebrations in Ernakulam divisional office was inaugurated by Ms Minu Mathew, Member of LIC's Zonal Advisory Board, Chennai.
