MphasiS board meet on Sept 10 to take up buyback

SOFTWARE services firm MphasiS BFL Ltd said on Thursday its board of directors would meet on September 10 to consider a proposal for share buyback.

The company is in a silent period and that the board would be considering an enabling resolution for the buyback proposal.

Tracking the news, MphasiS shares closed up 4.4 per cent at Rs 250.85 on Thursday.
