Telecommunications Tata Indicom opens hub in Chennai Our Bureau
According to a press release from Tata Teleservices, a True Value Hub offers its customers and the new ones it is expected to attract a feel of the products and services that the company offers under its brand, Tata Indicom. At the hub in T. Nagar, Chennai, customers can see a range of handsets; get to know about the value-added services over a touch-screen machine and from trained personnel. On offer will be Tata Indicom Post Paid Mobile, True Paid Mobile, Walky Post Paid or prepaid and a range of accessories. Online systems will allow customers register complaints and seek resolution, view and pay bills online by cash, cheque or credit card and receive receipts. Prepaid customers can recharge account using automated billing machines, the release said.
