Rational developer meet

Our Bureau

BANGALORE: IBM will host a Rational Software Developer Conference here from September 7 to 9.

Industry leaders such as Mr Lee Nackman, CTO and Rational Software Evangelist, Mr R. Gopalakrishnan, COO, Infosys Technologies, and Mr K. Ananth Krishnan, Vice-President, Tata Consultancy Services, will make presentations at the meet.

The meet is expected to provide the platform to more than 800 developers to learn about business-driven development strategies. It will help organisations understand the needs of their customers, gain a competitive advantage and respond to the fluctuations of the global marketplace.

With India expected to witness the highest growth in professional software developers between 2003 and 2008, IBM chose the Asian region for the first time for the conference.
