Research tour for AP farmers

HYDERABAD: The Central Research Institute for Dryland Agriculture (CRIDA) is organising a Farmer's Day on Friday at its research farm in Hayathnagar (Ranga Reddy district). Dr M.V. Rao, Chairman of AP-Netherlands Biotechnology Programme, would be the chief guest.

Farmers would be taken on a tour to the research farm and would be shown demonstrations. A presentation on new technologies in farming would be made, a CRIDA release said.
