Singapore PSB Academy woos Indian students

REPRESENTATIVES of the PSB Academy, a Singapore Government-owned education provider, are in India for spot registrations in the two new courses offered by the academy — Master of Business Administration and Master of Information Technology.

Registrations are also open for its existing undergraduate courses in engineering and commerce and diploma in hospitality.

The academy runs its Bachelor of Business Management, Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Engineering in association with The University of Newcastle, Australia. The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration is run in association with the California State University of the US.

Ms Dora Ying Shia, Vice-President, International Students Admissions, PSB Academy, said, "The tuition fees for the various courses ranges from Rs 2.25 lakh to Rs 8.5 lakh per year. The living expenses for the students come to around Rs 2.5 lakh a year.

"Last year, we got 100 registrations from India, this year we hope to double it.''
