Kemoil trims stake

CHENNAI: Kemoil Ltd, Hong Kong, foreign collaborator of California Software Ltd, has sold two lakh shares (4.064 per cent equity) of the latter in open market.

Following this transaction, Kemoil's shareholding in California Software has reduced to 35.36 per cent, says a release issued by California Software to National Stock Exchange.
