XMINDS develops new software

Our Bureau

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: XMINDS, a city-based software company, has developed an automation software for human resources and accounting applications.

Called eASE (effective automation of service establishment), the software has been developed to suit the requirements of Government organisations in Kerala, said Mr Ram Govind Narayan, Service Consultant, Xminds. However, the software can be easily altered to meet the requirements of any organisation, he added.

The software, which has been developed with inputs from consultants who have worked in Government, covers all the employee-related requirements of a Government department, he said. The eASE software can record all details of an employee from the date he or she enters the organisation till he retires from the organisation or leaves it, he said. It can create pay bills and other claims including details of applicable allowances and update leave accounts. According to Mr Narayan, the software can easily be updated to include details of pay revisions and other changes.
