Finolex Cables is `Superbrand'

Our Bureau

KOCHI: Finolex Cables, one of the largest manufacturer of electrical and telecommunication cables, has achieved the `Superbrand Cable' company status.

The Superbrand status is a concept that started 12 years back in the UK to chronicle case studies of exceptional corporates and brands; to pay tribute to them and their brand guardians. Since then, it has been replicated in 44 countries.

A press release issued here said that the company was invited to participate and was adjudged Superbrand by the council comprising the who-is-who of the industry from a national category list of 82 categories and 854 companies.

The company has been adjudged a Superbrand for various reasons such as market leadership, astute customer focus, product innovation, brand recall and strong brand position.
