IDBI divests stake in Novopan

HYDERABAD: Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has sold 1,99,253 shares of Novopan Industries Ltd (NIL), aggregating to 2.27 per cent of NIL's paid-up capital during August 10 to 25.

NIL has informed the stock exchanges that following this the shareholding of IDBI now stands at 2,91,054 shares, aggregating to 3.31 per cent of its paid-up capital.
