Polling for local bodies

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The State Government has declared a holiday on the days on which polling is to be held for the local bodies in the State, says an official release.

While September 24 will be a public holiday in eight districts from Thiruvananthapuram to Thrissur, September 26 will be a holiday in the remaining districts, the release adds.
