APOLLO Sindhoori Capital Investments Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that the company's rights issue would be in the ratio of 1 share for every 5 shares held. The size of the issue will be 5,54,000 shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 100 per share, the company has said in a notification to the BSE.
