New Delhi , Sept. 15 BHARAT Sanchar Nigam Ltd is planning to manufacture broadband equipment at its facility in Kolkata. The State-owned company has issued a tender inviting Indian companies with the technological know-how for manufacturing one million units of broadband consumer premises equipment (CPE) every year. BSNL has factories, which produce for captive consumption, in Kolkata, Mumbai, Jabalpur, Bhilai and Kharagpur.
