Cancer kids ride metro

A Group of children from Cankids, a society that helps children suffering from cancer, visited the Delhi Metro on Friday and travelled on metro train from Vishwavidyalaya to Inderlok Metro Station. The group comprised 60 children apart from Ms Poonam Begai who herself is a cancer survivor and the founder of Cankids, a release by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation said. The children travelled on the metro train and escalator and were given a briefing about the facilities by DMRC staff.
