Ford opens service centre in Kochi

KOCHI: Ford India on Friday opened its `Brand@Retail' service facility in Kochi, which will have international standards in servicing vehicles.

The new service station has been set by Kairali Ford, and is located at Palarivattam on the National Highway 47.

The service facility has an area of 20,000 sq. ft and offers dedicated customer comfort facilities such as lounge and café, Internet browsing and children's play station, according to a statement from the company.

The service centre will cater to Ford customers in neighbouring areas such as Angamali, Aluva, Perumbavoor, Muvatupuzha and Alappuzha.
