A sea change

This refers to the recent feature on bio-fuel (Business Line, September 20): We see several periodicals comment on the issue of alternative energy.

But none of them, so far, seems to acknowledge the continued success in development efforts around the world to produce energy from the ocean.

Countries such as the UK, the US, Japan, Russia and few others have been on the job of exploring the ocean as an alternative energy source, with a fair degree of success.
