HYDERABAD: Mr T.K. Dewan will succeed Mr Mohan Kanda as Chief Secretary on September 30. Mr Dewan, who is currently Special Chief Secretary and Commissioner, Land Administration, will take over from Mr Kanda, who is retiring from service on superannuation, according to a Government release.

Mr Mohan Kanda is tipped to take up an assignment with the National Disaster Management body being constituted by the Centre.
