Telecommunications Marketing - Customer Relationship Management Tata Indicom launches new service in Mangalore Our Bureau
Mangalore , Sept. 28 TATA Indicom launched its second `True Value Hub' and a mobile showroom - `Service on the move' in Mangalore on Wednesday. Inaugurating these facilities, Mr Prabhat Pani, Chief Operating Officer of Tata Teleservices (Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh), said that the mobile showroom would travel to major towns in and around Mangalore and offer services such as sale of post-paid mobile and `Walky' connections and recharge coupons. Subscribers can also change their tariff plans and pay bills at the mobile showroom, he said. A press release said here that Tata Indicom, which has 4.5 lakh customers in the State, offers services in 156 towns. The Mangalore region covers 53 towns, including 250 km of highways.
