BSNL's tariff policy

It is disturbing to see BSNL offering lower tariffs to Central, State Government and PSU employees for their mobile phone services.

Differential pricing is an accepted norm in marketing but not discriminatory pricing of the kind being followed by BSNL.

So, will the PSUs in other sectors such as oil, transportation, energy, follow this trend? Where does that leave the aam admi?

Public and government service should not mean parasitical existence.
