Announcements Color Chips plans name change Our Bureau
HYDERABAD: Color Chips (India) Ltd, an animation company, is set to enhance the authorised capital, change the company name to Color Chips Animation Ltd, and issue global depository receipts or any other instrument to raise up to $6 million. In a statement to the BSE, the company informed that the members at the 15th AGM approved the reappointment of Mr William Bill Buck as Director, and S.N. Murthy & Co, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad, as auditors of the company. The company also approved the appointment of Dr Chandra Bhushan as Director, Dr Sudhish S. Rambhotla as Chairman and Managing Director, and Mr Y. Suryanarayana as Executive Director. The company board has been authorised to issue GDRs or any other instrument for a sum of up to $6 million. This will also facilitate overseas listing. In addition, the company plans to delist the shares of the company from the Hyderabad Stock Exchange.
